Discussed Bengaluru traffic issue with Gadkari: Shivakumar

Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar met Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and proposed building flyovers and tunnels in Bengaluru to ease traffic congestion. Gadkari responded positively and asked for a detailed project report to be prepared. The state government is planning to construct tunnel roads between Kempegowda International Airport and IT corridors in the city. The project is estimated to cost ₹25,000 crore. Companies from China, Singapore, and Israel have expressed interest in the project.
