Thane: Struggling with health issues and financial crisis, A 40-year-old man died by suicide on Monday by jumping off his 12th-floor balcony in Anand Nagar on Ghodbunder Road in Thane.
The incident occurred around 12pm, and the society officials immediately informed Kasarvadavli police. The deceased was a resident of Park View Society, C-wing, Anand Nagar. He was living with the five members of his family and his wife.
According to the police officials, the man left a suicide note in which he wrote about his struggle with health issues and financial crisis wading heavily on him. “He did not have a job and was suffering from a financial crisis and health issues. In the suicide note, he had written all his struggles, because of which he had taken this step. An accidental death report has been registered in the matter and inquiry is on,” said Rajesh Babshetty, senior police inspector.
