The incident took place around Siddapura near Whitefield area when the victim was inside the car with his family. In the video, two people who were on the bike stopped the car in the middle of the road in daylight. They further asked the car driver to roll down the window, but he refused to do so. They later tried pelting stones on the car and created a scene that led to a traffic jam.

An X handle titled Nanu Watching shared a video that was recorded on the dash camera of the car and wrote, “One more #roadrage case caught on camera within a span of 1 month in Siddapura #whitefield limits, #Bengaluru. As per information the two-wheeler chased the person in the car & his family 3 times to assault them & pelted stones & tried breaking the windows. “

Bengaluru police announced that an FIR has been registered and the accused were arrested. “Pertaining to this incident an FIR has been registered in Whitefield PS on 5th August 2023, 2 accused have been arrested. Further investigation is underway,” Bengaluru police wrote in an X post.

Many incidents of road rage were reported in the recent past at Bengaluru and experts are advising the car owners to fix a dash camera in the car for safety reasons.
